I often suggest that clients set up 4 appointments initially. This gives me an opportunity to observe and understand their movement and breathing patterns in light of their specific goal, to create a practice to bring home (if we are working with yoga), and to explore a variety of touch modalities (if we are working with bodywork.)
The fee is reduced by 10.00/session when purchasing 4 sessions at once. Therefore the fee for 4/60 minute session is 260.00 and the fee for 4/90 minute sessions is 360.00. Depending on the clients needs, it is often very effective to combine both yoga and bodywork in this initial 4 sessions.
